Hi all,
In a score, at the beginning of a 2nd and 3rd movement, should one indent the system and show full instrument names?

Cheers,
Hector Pascal.

I would say yes, and yes.

It may depend on the particular publisher's house style, however. the couple of scores I've checked are all indented and have full names at each movement.
This is also my own preference inn orchestral scores.
(chamber scores do not repeat instrument names at every page nor movement, unless we're talking about a "large" chamber work - 8, 9 instruments, where instrument names would make it easier to follow)

I agree with Michel - indent the system and show full instrument names.

Fortunately there's a setting for this in Measure Attributes. Just select Show Full & Group Names.

Fortunately, there's a JW plug-in that indents systems wherever Full Names are used!
