Can anyone tell me why Alto II starts sounding like a trombone in measure 32? Usually this is because of a hidden expression, but I can't find anything.

You made an instrument change to Clarinet in Bar 32, but chose Trombone for the sound. I'm not even sure you wanted the clarinet there, but if you did, reset the sound to Clarinet instead of Trombone in the Score manager.
