I have a part which has certain layout specifics which I would like apply to other parts. Is there a way to do this without having to copy every stave's page and system margin settings individually from one part to another?

1) Page and system margins should be the same in all parts and consistent in the whole score, too. If it is note the case, take a look at the values in Page Format -> Parts (Score, too) and to apply them everywhere, go to the Page Layout Tool and in its menu, Redefine all pages.

2) If different parts should have the same layout (like a trumpet section in a big band), the plug-in JW Copy Page Layout is recommended (for the full Finale 2012 or higher). It is a free plug-in, to be found at the finaletips.nu site (add the 3 w before).
