Blank Music Sheet

I'm new to using SmartScore X2 Piano Edition.

I created a new music page, and put the notes on the page. The built-in ability to play the music on the page works OK.

However, when I print the page, all of the notes and rests are missing.

Well, they do have their own support page (on their own website)...

Most always, the folks here use and troubleshoot Finale products and are likely not so familiar with yours.
