I've just noticed that a score that I'm working on, which I printed out a week or so ago, suddenly has the top two staves reversed; the violin II part is now the top stave, and the violin I part is below it. Strangely, the staff names have not changed. I don't know how this can have happened or how I can correct it.
Can anyone help me?

The cause is hard to pinpoint, but the solution is easy. In Finale 2012, the order of staves can be changed in the Score Manager. At the left of a staff, click and drag up- or downwards.
Done in 2 seconds.
