Does anyone have ever moved the Finale Files which is created by default in "documents" to another ubication in the mac?

I don't know if it's even possible because whenever i want to do so by changing the autosave in the preferences on Finale, the file is autocreated again in "documents".
If anyone knows how i would be really thankfull, i've been trying to find the way since a long ago.

Thanks!

Welcome to the forum!

It is not clear to me what you are asking about.

Please be more specific.

What are you trying to achieve? (and why?)
How are you trying to do it?
What happens when you do that?
What doesn't happen that you expect to happen?

The better we understand, the better we can help.

I'm not trying to archive anything, what i'm asking is if there some way to move the "Finale Files" (the folder where all the backups and some other stuff are autosaved) to another ubication in my mac.

For example, when i try to move it to the my desk and then i open Finale, the program recreate the folder in "documents" again. I tried changing in "program options" in the "folders" section the specific folder where Finale autosaves the files to the new ubication, but it just don't work, Finale stills create the folder.

It does autosave the files in the new ubication, but i don't want the old folder to be created again.

I hope to be clear with my question.
Sorry if i'm miswriting something, english is not my mother lenguage.

And why do you not want the old folder to be created again?
It is just a folder that Finale does not use (any longer).
Why does it bother you seeing that folder?
What is the problem?
