Finale crashing

Hi there,

Everytime I go to play a Finale file the program crashes. Any idea what's wrong? Happens on any Finale file. I'm working with 2012 on a Mac.

Could it be that the new OS doesn't align with Finale 2012?

Yes, that is absolutely the problem. You can try turning Human Playback off. Some people have found that prevents some crashes, although there may be other issues that come up.

Your only real choices, unfortunately, are to upgrade Finale, or backgrade the Mac.

i'm happy to upgrade, but Finale doesn't seem to recognize my serial number, even though i've had the software since, well, 2012.
