When I try to submit a ticket on the "new and improved" MM site, I get this screen: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/175 ... upport.png

Anyone else having this problem?

PS - this is just a screenshot, so it's a partial window

Don't worry about it. It almost seems that they are making it difficult to find a direct path to submitting a support ticket.

Yeah, don't worry about it. "Due to the high volume of support requests" had me going for a minute, too.

Welcome to the new and improved MakeMusic support interface.. it is SO much more efficient than that old useless Finale Forum that MakeMusic used to host, with its thousands of users who would answer almost any question within minutes of posting.

Don't confuse them (MakeMusic) with the facts. They would rather answer all the questions themselves. Of course, the advice is often quite amiss (as we saw recently regarding the bug when copy/pasting staff styles). I'm sure they stopped phone support because they knew they would be busy answering posts on the new forum.

I glanced at the forums the other day and there didn't seem to be much happening. I saw an announcement that they had made some improvements but it didn't seem much different.

Well, the Feature Request Forum is a good thing, in my opinion. If we ever want to propose ideas for the enhancement of Finale, that's the right place. Michael Johnson was there in the recent days discussing proposals in a positive atmosphere, so obviously user input is taken seriously.

I think Feature Request is a good thing, too. Hopefully they have a way of moving "How do I enter a triplet?" into the other area.
