Very interesting. The trilled turn is not present in Bravura? You might alert SMuFL to that fact. If it is not in Bravura, one wonders if it is available anywhere.
All else failing, perhaps you could create a graphic in FInale and import that into Word. I once used a macro that could stack glyphs in InDesign for such problems but don't know of anything like that for Word.
