I try to shift Lyrics extension line, but I cannot shif them. The problem I face is that I have a long line, that goes into the next system. In the new system the line must be shifted for not to collide with music. If I move the initial syllable in the previous system, it is moved away to much from music. How to deal with this?

... I have found. Just select type into the score and than use the triangles.

Here is the problem, again.
The extension line of the previous syllable is to low, because the next word starts low. How to move only that extension line upward?

I think it would be possible to raise this extension line by typing a temporary syllable on the E flat with the right-most triangle raised appropriately, then to type in the next syllable with the same triangle lowered as needed, and finally to delete the 'temporary' syllable. I haven't tried this, but I think it may work (or someone may have a simpler method).

There's also bound to be a way using different verses, although that might get a bit awkward.

That said, and as I've remarked elsewhere, maybe it's best to have the word extensions in any one part at a constant height throughout any one system (if possible).

Use the triangles. I click in the previous line to activate it, and then click in the staff where I need to move the line.

(I would put a cautionary natural on the non-grace-note G.)

A simpler version of what I suggested above:

Choose Lyrics>Type Into Score. Move the right hand triangle up. In your example, type a hard space 'lyric syllable' at the minim (whole note) E flat. Choose Edit Word Extensions. Drag the right hand end of the word extension to where you want it. Result as in the screenshot (as a temporary edit to a file I happen to have open, but will do for illustration.)
