Might be music xml to Braille converters. I doubt Finale to Braille converters exist, but who knows?

I would contact Michael Good at Make Music. He's the Music XML guru.

He's not just the guru, he invented MusicXML. Does he ever show up on these boards? I can send him a link to this thread if there's still a need.

There are several MusicXML to Braille converters, so you can export Finale to MusicXML and then convert the MusicXML to Braille. Go to http://www.musicxml.com/software/ and search for Braille. I have no first-hand experience with any of them, so I cannot recommend any software in particular.

I don’t know. You can make the conversion here.

You still need a Mac program to convert the code to printed output.
