Hello,

If I not only do want to submit a question,but also with a or attachment files for describing problem more clearly .Where can I find out "button" to do so in this posting interface ?

Near the bottom, select the Tab called Upload Attachment. Browse to the file then click Add the File.

In this screen shot I have inserted a red rectangle around the button “Upload attachment”.

But note, until you have a few posts to your name, you may not be able to upload an attachment.

Is that so? I was wondering why he/she didn't see what should be an obvious thing. Is that to try to thwart spamming?

Yes. I don't know what the magic number is, but it's fairly low.
