Whisch is the way to avoid overlapping of Measure numbers and Chords, please?

You could put the measure numbers over the barline. Change that globally in Measure region Attributes. Or, as was suggested, put them below. Since you only need them for the score (I see that parts don't have measure numbers for every measure), you can even put them centered under the bottom staff, and larger in size.

In Position Notes I see these alternatives:

-No change
-According to Time signature
-Manually (by dragging)
Using beat-chart spacing

Y tried all of them and seeo no change

I used the word attributes to mean the settings in the page for designing the Measure Number Region. I guess that was confusing. Attributes is not what the box is called, but the box does have the attributes for the Measure Number regions.

Oh well.
