I am unable to load Percussion Toys (2014.5). Error message says:

slot 2: ARIA cannot find "003.Percussion/Percussion Toys KS" from product:1013

Anybody know how to fix this?

Thanks.

I would guess that either Finale isn't looking in the right place, or the files are indeed missing. This is one occasion when reinstalling might be appropriate.

Which Garritan library? In GPO4, it's "Percussion Toys." in GPO 5, it's "Percussion Accessories KS."

Thanks very much for your suggestions. In trying to use your ideas, I accidentally (!) solved this problem myself.

I was editing a symphonic score in 2014.5 and was unable to load Toys/Accessories.

For any future user with this problem, here's how I resolved it.

To test whether the problem was in the file or in the app, I created a new file with setup wizard, containing only three "instruments."
1. Gen. Percussion. 2. Drumkit. 3. Accessories.

Accessories automatically loaded gen. percussion, not toys.

--In Score Manager, I changed the Sound to GIFF: Percussion Toys, and loaded a toys map.
This changed nothing but the appearance of notes.
A cowbell still sounded like a side drum, a triangle sounded like a gong, etc.

--I switched from GIFF to Aria Player.
--First I got an error message (slot 2: ARIA cannot find "003.Percussion/Percussion Toys KS" from product:1013.)
--I loaded Accessories anyway.
--Next I changed the channel to 16.
--I activated Aria Player channel 16 and clicked on the keyboard to hear the Toys.
Success.

I'm still mystified. I don't see WHY I have to use Aria Player to get Toys, nor why, after getting Toys to play, the score manager resets itself back to GIFF.
I also don't know which GPO version (4 or 5).

To check which Garritan library an Aria instance is using, open the Aria player by selecting VST Banks & Effects (Ctrl-Alt-i in Windows), and click an Aria bank's pencil icon. Click on the channel in question (a white bar appears under the channel's number to show it's selected). Then on the right, click "Info." The info tab tells you whether it's GPO4 or GPO5.
