I think I did this once before, but now I don't remember what exactly I did. I need to have rhythmic hits above the staff in a jazz lead sheet. I enter them on a new layer, change the noteheads using the special tool and change the size of he notes with the % tool. I use the plug-ins menu to hide the ledger lines, but that hides the ledger lines in all layers, and I only want to hide the ledger lines in the rhythmic hits layer. Is this possible? Like I say, I think I managed this once before -- what am I missing, or was that all a fantasy?

If you use Jari's JW Change plugin, you can choose which layer in which to hide the ledger lines.

...and in JW Change, you can define a sequence containing all the necessary actions.

Zuill, where would I find the JW Change plug-in, and would it be Mac compatible?

Zuilli, I found it. Works like a charm, thanks so much for the info!
