Please tell me how to write this:

I want to tip notes like you see in second part of first measure and first part of second measure.

Please help me.

It's called cross staff notation. Enter the right hand all in the top staff to begin with, and enter all of the left hand. Then, with the Selection tool, shift-drag to select the notes from the top staff you want to move down, then press Alt+Down (arrow). In the case you've shown, you'll need to flip the steams of the music in the first measure, left hand.

There's also a plug-in, TG Tools/Cross Staff which will move all notes past a certain pitch threshold.

Note-Mover Tool, and select Cross Staff in its menu.
