I want to tip in Finale 2012 like on this photographs:
I have tried by using Note mover → Cross staff, but I didn't succeeded
Please help me.

You're on the right track. Separate the notes into pairs with the / key, and then then you can use the beam adjustment tool to move the beams to between the staves, and the stem reversal tool if you need to flip any notes to the other side of the stems.
I believe there is a plugin to do this, but I've never needed it enough to learn how to use it. I just do it the hard way.

If you follow the instructions I gave you the other day involving selecting notes with the Selection tool and pressing Alt-down or -up, it does just what you want (Windows only).
