In the Document menu, there is an item "Show repeats for parts" (or score). What does it do ? The help file doesn't really help me :
"Show Repeats for Parts. Choose this option to display repeats as they will appear on extracted parts (as defined by Score Lists)."
How are repeats related to score lists ? Extracted parts ?
If you know what this means, please share your knowledge. Thank you.

Maybe it shows endings on every staff? Perhaps you can experiment.

Yes, that's what it does. If you assign a Staff List (selected staves on the score, all staves on parts) for the repeats and program a Staff Set, the repeat does not display on the stave(s) that are not included on the Staff List. Activating "Show Repeats for Parts" makes them visible.

At least that's what I found.
