Hi,
I would like to create an expression containing a time signature exactly in style to the one that "time signature tool" creates, I looked in document options > fonts, but it doesn't match ….
Thanks in advance

Fonts are document specific, not program specific.
To imitate the time signatures in a specific document, open that document.
Then go to
Document menu > Document Options > Fonts
and find out, what font is used for the document’s time signatures.
FYI:
In the default file “Maestro Font Default” the time signature font is Maestro 24.

The default time signature font is Maestro 24 point.
Here's a sample I did for someone wanting a goofy time signature that you may be able to borrow from. Defining the expressions relative to the staff reference line and barline should make it easy to apply them with no adjustment needed. Look in the miscellaneous category.
