Finale 25.3 Display in Concert Pitch for Guitar/Bass problem

Guitar/Bass parts (Up octave transposition) "Display in Concert Pitch" not working, is that a bug or new feature?
The Same score works fine in Finale 2014 !!

It's a new feature, but clumsily implemented. In the Document Menu, make sure "Keep Octave Transposition in Concert Pitch" is unchecked and it will behave as before. Saving Preferences once you uncheck might be a good idea.
