Hi,
I need to transpose a horn in F (I have the full score with concert pitch), it's an atonal piece, I don't want to have a key for the horn so I went to score manager, transposition > other > chromatic > 5 up interval. The problem is that I'm working in a file that has a non standard key, I need ¼ accidentals, the accidentals are all messed up in the transposition and if I want to correct them manually I can't access to the sharp accidental, any ideas ?
Thanks in advance
horn in F

I think that we need more info.
Could you attach a (small) Finale sample document here that has the problem?
We do not need to see the actual music.
A document with empty measures will do fine.

You are using a quartertone key signature that divides the octave into 24 quartersteps.
And you are using a chromatic staff transposition that displays a fifth above Concert Pitch.
Staff transposition does not work in a quartertone key signature, only in traditional (halftone) key signatures
Instead of using a staff transposition, notate as if the horn were in Concert Pitch (= in C).
Playback will be off by a fifth.
If playback is important, use an expression to transpose the Horn staff’s playback.

It is possible to make transpositions work correctly in quarter-tone key signatures.
