Welcome to the forum.
Since a fioratura is a phrase containing elements such as trills, mordents, and appogiaturas (as copied from Wiki!) you can add them in as you want them, using the articulation tool and grace notes. If you want to write it out completely, you could either put it on another document and paste it in as a graphic, or use another staff and hide that staff everywhere else.
A picture of what you want will be helpful.

Insert the notes as a tuplet, in this case 41 notes in the place of 8 real sixteenths (hope I counted right) and without a tuplet number or bracket, and then reduce the note size to 65% or whatever is to your taste.

You can create the notes as a hidden (= not displaying) tuplet.
In the attached example the hidden tuplet would be 41 Sixteenths in the space of 4 Eighths.
You can resize the notes with the Resize Tool (icon: %).
To get the cross-staff notation, enter all the 41 notes in the upper staff.
You will get many ledger lines on the first 9 notes, but do not worry!
Use the Cross Staff plug-in to make the first 9 notes display in the lower staff.

Or just select them with the Selection Tool and press Alt-(Down-arrow).Peter Thomsen wrote:To get the cross-staff notation, enter all the 41 notes in the upper staff.
