I would like to change the vertical position of the measure numbers in one part only. I did a Select All in the Measure tool and dragged the numbers up, but in fact it didn't do all.

I seem to recall a JW plug-in where you could change a measure number's position and then say "make them all like this." Which is it? Will it work on just one part and leave the other parts along?

JW Measure Numbers is the one.
Position one number, select the whole part (Ctrl-A on PC) and apply Position -> Align All to Bottom (if you moved the number downwards), or Top (upwards)
All the numbers will be placed at the same position as the "reference" number. AFAIK, it seems only to take into consideration the vertical position, not the horizontal one.
It only affects the part in question.

Merci!

What was happening before when dragging is that it only does one measure number region. The same is true of the plug-in, in that it aligns each region to the top- or bottom-most in that region. So I need to manually change one number per region. I guess I can live with that, but I wish there were a way of specifying the position of a single number numerically instead of dragging.
