Can you provide a little more information? Exactly what are you trying to do, and why isn't Cut and Paste a good solution?

The fact is that I want to learn how to use Finale more faster so when I need to type music sheet from paper I want to do that much faster.
I have found when I drag and drop selected measure, the content would be copied.

So I suppose that exist shorter way to move content without pres CTRL + X and CTRL + V.

Ctrl-X Ctrl-V is pretty short!

Another way :
Select the source region.
Alt-click (Mac) on the first measure of destination (it could be Ctrl-click on PC ?).

… and finally hit the Clear key to clear the source region.

This is pretty fast, and I do not know of a faster way.
