Hi. I purchased the Professional version of tgtools for Mac. I recently re-installed the 2014.5 version of Finale and installed the tgtools bundle file on a new hard drive (El Capitan) because I was having problems with the old hard drive (Mavericks). When I open Finale on the new HD, I notice that my tgtools is no longer registered. (Finale on my old HD is still registered with Finale.)
Does anyone know how I can recover my original registration code? I emailed Tobias to both his English and German email addresses a week ago and got no response.
Thanks!

You should have a TG Tools preferences file on your old installation (User Folder > Library > Preferences). I seem to recall doing this myself in the past, and I'm pretty sure the preferences carry the registration state with them. Just replace the new preferences with your former set. It's worth a try, maybe.
