Hi all,

I have a harp gliss which I've fully notated, and for reasons of spacing, I've used Change> Note size to 80% for these gliss. notes. That's looking ok, except that the dynamics attached to the notes are getting reduced, too. I presume the dynamics should be 100%, but how do I achieve that?
Cheers,
HP.

Two ideas:

1) Resize the noteheads instead of the notes.
This can be done quickly with the utility.

2) Edit the Expression Assignment for each and every dynamic:
De-select the option “Scale Expression with Attached Note”

Thanks, Peter!
When I go to the utility menu and choose change>noteheads (instead of note size), I don't seem to notice a percentage reduction item amongst the available options.... am I missing something there? No matter, as I like your idea number 2 :)
Cheers,
HP.

I think editing the Expression Assignment is easier. Maybe I'm wrong.

For a lot of them, probably. For one or two, since you're already in JW Change, it's just another couple of clicks.
