crashes when I paste

Hi,

When I copy and then paste finale crashes, I made some tests and it happens only when I paste the first measure of the system, with the other measures it works fine. It happened the same with a second system, I cleared all items in the first measure of the system, I re entered the music, expressions, etc and it still happening, any ideas ?

PLease remind us which version of Finale you are using. Also, is this with all files?

If it happens with every system, and only with the first measure of the system, there might be something there that can be found, but we can't see, as we don't have your file.

It's a bit strange Zuill, sometimes it crashes when I paste sometimes when I reopen finale and paste the same measure it works….

Which Mac OS? If you're using a newer OS, Human Playback will crash Finale 2012. Go to the MIDI/Audio menu and make sure Human Playback is set to "None". This may not solve your problem but it's worth a try.

I found the culprit,
This is happening when the measure has a rehearsal mark, when I erase the rehearsal marks it copies the measure perfectly
