Hello everyone!

I have merged different movements of one piece using Score Merger and "treat as independent movement". Some movements ar so short that i would like to have some in the same page but the first system of every movement seems to be fixed on the top of a new page. How could I make the begining of the second movement in the middle of the first page, just after the finish of the first movement?

Thanks a lot!

Welcome to the forum!

1) The reason why the first system of a movement is “fixed on the top of a new page”, is probably that the system has a Page Break.
Look for a Page Break icon next to the top left of the system.

To remove a Page Break:
Page Layout Tool.
Click inside the system to select it.
Page Layout menu > Delete Page Break

2) In case you need a movement title centered above the movement, consider attaching the movement title expression to an empty, not-displaying 1-measure system between the two movements.

See the attached demo (in Finale 2012 format).
