Hi. I use Finale 25 on Windows 10. Ever since the first installation I had two problems with GUI.1: in the setup wizard when I open the window to select time, key, etc. some icons are empty (attached image). In playback controls, pause and play buttons are also reversed: for play, I have to click pause and vice versa. I have a 4k screen, I tried to change the resolution but it does not work. But even in the old regular screen pc I had the same problem. How can I fix this problem?

Thanks.

:)

Mine are reversed as well, but they operate as intended.

A friend of mine had the same issue. IIRC, it was solved by changing the resolution.

Strictly speaking it's not 'solved' by changing the resolution, but changing the resolution is a workaround (yet another one) to restore the right visuals.

I tried, but not solved. What resolution did use your friend?

200%. Here is the comment from Finale tech support:

This is something that should not be happening and what I consider to be a bug. I know that there are some development tickets to which I can add this information to add to the scope of the issue. While I don't have a timeframe for when an improvement would be made to Finale's max-resolution threshold, I do know that the improvement is an important one for product management. Especially since high resolution PCs are becoming more and more common.

Well, something new. Before, I tried changing resolution, but I tried changing it from the nVidia control panel (gtx1060), that's why the problem was not solved. Now, instead, I changed resolution from the Windows control panel, and now it run well. So, the problem is that Finale isn't compatible yet with High Resolution monitors. I hope that in the future will be an improvement about this.
Many thanks.
