That articulation is in the November Font, but you have to pay for it. There it's called a lip-fall.

Is there a way to create that symbol or have a similar symbol without paying for the November Font?

There are some similar symbols in the two handwritten style fonts Broadway Copyist and Jazz (which you get for free with Finale).

Thank you! I installed Bravura on Windows 10. Should the Bravura font appear automatically under Articulation Tool - Articulation Selection? I cannot find it there.. Thank you

In the attached file, there is a jazz "fall" and a "scoop". They are Shape Expressions so there is no font involved. You can enter them into your file by setting the filter to copy Expressions and copying/pasting. To change the shape or size, double click on the shape's handle and move the control points.

I have added an image and font list of hard-to-find music symbols for Finale on my webpage which also includes the scoop symbol.
The fall symbol is usually included in the same fonts as the sccop:
