I have Windows, and I use Finale 2014.5.

I have two finale files that export WAV files that play,
but another that exports a WAV file that doesn't play.
I need to get this last one to play.

I'm in a time-driven situation.

Hi,
we should have a look to these files. Can you upload both Finale files (playable not playable)?

Before I send the files, could I be having this problem because the size of my finale 2014.5 file is 1405 KB?

Could it be because I haven't been able to successfully download updates for version of 2014.5?
If I can get help with that, perhaps that could solve the problem.
