When writing a mordent, how could I put an accidental (natural, bemol or sharp) under the mordent?

I appreciate your always valuable help

Among the default articulations there are trill articulations with an accidental above.

I would duplicate a such trill articulation, and edit the duplicate, to make it a mordent with accidental below.

I hope that this is clear?
If not, ask again.

Or you can create it from scratch. In Maestro Wide, the characters are n for the natural, and T for the mordent. You will need to play with the sizes, to match your sample.

Am I the only one confused by the fact that the OP is asking about a Mordent, but has an image of a Grupetto? Or am I mistaken?

No, I think you are correct. But creating it would be the same.

It's wrong, but I knew what was meant.

I recently had occasion to make similar.

Thank you, Gareth. I was wrong. It's a GRUPPETTO

Thanks, Pêter, but I only see a type of GRUPPETTO (I was wrong with its name) on the list of default articulations: number 18

Take a look at the attached Default File.

In the Articulation Selection the ordinary trill is number 11.
The following three articulations are
12: trill with flat
13: trill with sharp
14: trill with natural

Thank you Peter,
I was wrong when I wrote the subject. I meant GRUPPETTO. I edited and corrected it afterwards

Yes, I understand.
You meant a gruppetto, also known as a turn.

Edit the a duplicate of the trill articulation:
replace the trill symbol with the gruppetto symbol, and move the accidental down below.

I hope that this is clear?
If not, ask again.

The tr-with-accidental shapes have been grouped, so I think it's necessary to ungroup first.

1) I duplicate the trill articulation
2) I edit and put Artulation: 18
3) OK

but I don't see any changes at all

I will do it for you. You want a natural underneath the turn?

Here you go. Copy this measure into your file, then delete the note and the articulation should remain.
