I have a composition with 216 measures. If I print the entire score, all 216 measures are printed. No problem.
If I only want to print the Tenor part, I open File/Print and only select the Tenor part as shown in the attached bitmap. When I print, I get the first 141 measures printed. The remaining measures are absent. The same happens for the other parts (Soprano, Alto, Bass). Only when I print the entire score do I get all the measures. When I print parts, it leaves the end of the score absent. I do have notation for those parts in the measures that are absent.
What do I have to do to get all the measures printed when I only select a part?

Just a guess-
When the printer dialog appears, rather than "All" pages, choose "From 1 to X", where X is the total number of pages in that particular part.

Another guess:
Take a look at the linked part:
Document menu > Edit Part > Tenor
Does the Tenor part look exactly like the printed part, I mean, are the measures after measure 141 also missing in the linked part (on the computer screen)?
If the answer is Yes, then there is reason to suspect that the missing measures are “hiding” inside a multimeasure rest.
Fix:
While viewing the linked part (= Tenor), select all, and go to
Edit menu > Multimeasure Rests > Create
Take a look at the linked part:
Document menu > Edit Part > Tenor

Thanks for the responses
When I Print pages 1 - X (X being 3 or greater) only the first 2 pages are printed for the Tenor or other parts
When I Edit Parts / Tenor, I see all 4 pages through measure 216.
Therefore, the problem still remains.

While you are viewing the part, that is open, you can use the Graphics Tool, to export the part as a PDF file.patjdixon wrote:… if I open Edit Parts and print only the part that is open, all pages appear …
This is a fast way to get PDFs, and the PDFs you get, are in true Black-and-White (= small file size).

Small file size? Fast, yes, but a file size much larger (almost 6x in a test print of a 4-page part) than if created with a pdf printer (such as PDFCreator or such)you can use the Graphics Tool, to export the part as a PDF file. My post was a reply to patjdixon who is using Mac Finale.
There may be some differences between Windows Finale and Mac Finale, at least in the PDFs exported from the Graphics Tool.
Take a look at the two attached files - a Finale document, and the corresponding PDF file, exported from Mac Finale via the Graphics Tool.

I suppose there is some difference between Mac and Windows. I did pdfs of the file via graphics tool and PFCreator, and again - quite different file sizes (80kb vs 18kb)

mmike,
This is very interesting.
The PDF file created with Mac Finale’s Graphics Tool is true Black-and-White. File size 66 KB.
The PDF file created with Windows Finale’s Graphics Tool is not Black-and-White. File size 82 KB.
The PDF file created with Windows Finale and PDFCreator is not Black-and-White. File size 18 KB.

I just tested Graphics Export and Save As PDF on the Mac. The Save As PDF one was twice the size (572Kb) as Finale's Graphic Export (258 Kb). I believe that is mostly down to the way fonts are handled than anything else: Mac OS subsets the fonts for each page; Finale does them once for the whole document.
Both were 100% Black, though Finale's Graphics Export wrote as a DeviceGrey colourspace, while the Mac OS print PDF was in DeviceCMYK, but still with only 1 plate in use. So I don't think there would be any size "saving" here. Otherwise, they are identical, AFAICS.
However, I believe the characteristics of the PDF from the Mac print menu may depend upon the characteristics of the selected printer at the time. Those who don't get solid Black might be using a colour printer that works in RGB...?
It's fair to say there have been problems over the years with Finale's Graphics Export, and I'm not sure if they're all fixed.
