Hello,
I'm writting a score with lyrics. I've already insert all the lyrics on the score, and then I made changes on some measures with the Measure tool to have measures of equal width and equal distance between notes.
The problem is: if I add or change a word on the Lyrics tool, then all the changes I made to Measures are canceled and I must do them again.

You can de-select lyrics to be considered in music spacing. However, you then might have overlapping lyrics. But that might not matter because it seems equal measure width is more important in your score.

How about turning off "Automatic Music Spacing"? (Preferences > Edit > Uncheck)
