Can anyone confirm for me what seems to be a bug in the lyrics window? If I select the text and go to Text->Size->Other... and type in a value, nothing changes. So if, for instance, I want to set the font size to 16, I have to select 14 from the drop down list, and then select Text->Size->Increase twice. This happens for me on different machines, and at least since 2014, although it might have been there earlier.

If this is an already known bug, I wasn't able to find any mention of it.

Must be a Mac only bug. No problem on Windows.

I generally use the Text>Font Settings... to make that change.

There are a number of bugs associated with selecting text in the Lyric Window. As mentioned, use Font Settings (Alt Command T).

If you want to change all lyrics, use the Change Fonts plug-in in Miscellaneous.

I can verify this but had never noticed it since I always have resized the lyrics in the lyrics window by increasing the size incrementally using Cmd-Shift . and , or choosing sizes listed in the text menu. The bug only surfaces when choosing 'other'.
