Maybe it's not a new topic, matter of fact I had this problem for years with PrintMusic.

Error Message from Authorization Server: You have used your maximum number of allowed authorizations. To remove PrintMusic from a previously authorized computer, open Print Music on that computer and choose ‘Help, Deauthorize Print Music’.If you no longer have an access to a previously authorized computer, you can delete the authorization from ‘My Account’

I consider this message as a bad joke, farce or out right lie.It never works. My computer crashes maybe twice a year and i have to reset it to factory setting.I can not de-authorize it before crash, can I?A lot of replies, but no actual help.

In the past the authorization never worked as MM claimed. At least it didn't for me as I usually had to call support which is what you need to do.
However, I just had to replace my computer and the authorization went like clockwork. WOW ! :D

Perhaps it is time to replace your computer, too.

Have you gone to your account, and tried to deauthorize there? Have you opened a support ticket?

Since this is a user forum, ranting won’t get you very far.

Log into your MM User Account.

You should see a button to Manage Authorizations. Easy from there.

Unlike Finale which allows two computers to be authorized, PrintMusic allows only one.

If you still have problems, contact MM Support.

It might be worth focusing on the cause of this problem, and remedying it.
