In the score I'id like to playback this way:

then: 1-16
then: 37- end
I don't know what sign should I put in m. 16 to jump to m. 37 when repeating.
I appreciate your help

Use the repeat menu commands to create the repeats, playback will be correct.
Create a simple repeat from 1 - 36
Select 17-36 and create a "first and second ending". First ending will cover 17-36, second ending will start at 37.

The following question wasn't in the title, but could you tell me this, please, after doing what you've said:
As you can see, mm. 55-70 are identical to mm. 1-16.
What sign should I use to cut mm.55-70, and so reduce the score, but playingback those measures?
Maybe it's not so clear. I mean, playingback the form A - B - A - B' - A

Don't add these measures 55-70.
At the end of measure 54, put a D.C. to go to the top. Add a Fine (programmed to stop at the 3rd pass) in 16.

I edited a D.C. but the assignement I'm doing is wrong, because Playback finishes in m. 54, and not in m. 16 as I intended to do.
Maybe it's because D,C. is not in the list, michelp?

It is not the D.C. that you have to program to end the playback. By the way, the text should be D.C. al Fine.
You have to create another Text Repeat in measure 16 : Fine.
In the Assignment of that text repeat, "Stop on Pass 3" should give you what you want.

The D. C. is not playing back because its Target is set to Measure 0.
Set the Target to Measure 1, and the D. C. will play back.
