Attached is a snippet from a piece I'm working on. I cannot get the trills to work. The attached popup appears, but I do have trill articulations placed with layer 4 free. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Human Playback won't play them? I suspect the TGTools thing is old. It might not have been touched in a decade.

I'm trying to get the plugin to work with HP off. Shouldn't it work this way?

I haven't used the plug-in. I was suggesting perhaps HP instead of the plug-in. I suspect the plug-in predates HP and that HP may do everything the plug-in does, but I don't really know.

Art,
I've always just applied the trills as articulations, and they work. I've never used that plugin. Heck, I didn't even know it was there!

Mike: Trills work as articulations with HP on (without the plugin) just fine. The problem is that trills as articulations don't work unless I use HP. Are trill articulations supposed to work when HP is off?

HP is required for trills. Why do you want to use the TGTools playback rather than HP?

I had made many, many note duration adjustments before I realized that HP was not on, so I thought it would save time to get the trills working without HP. I went ahead and just applied HP, and things seem to be OK, nonetheless. So, I suppose, my problem is solved. Thanks, Motet and Mike.
