Hi, I'm using Finale 2012 on Windows, and I'm notating some aleatoric music. I'm wondering, when I have an arrow that extends over a line change, is there a way to get the arrowhead to appear at the end of each staff line without having to use separate smart shapes?
In other words, how do I get this to look like this , without having to use two separate arrows, but rather just using one Smart Shape arrow that extends over the line change.
Aleatoric notation: continuing arrow over line change

I do not have a solution, just a thought:
Putting the arrowhead at the end of the system might be misleading, making the performer believe that the arrowhead means “stop playing at the end of the system”.
Wouldn’t it be better to put an arrowhead only at the end of the passage (in your attached example it would be in the next system, after one measure)?
And perhaps also add an arrowhead at the beginning of the passage (immediately after the box)?
