distance between staves

How do I change the distance between the staves equally in one step? When I changed the size of my page from tabloid to letter music spills below the bottom of each page. I want only to nudge the staves a little closer to each other. I've attached the first and second pages. I individually moved each staff on the first page. Thanks.

See the attached file. What I did:

Go to the Staff Tool and highlight a measure "stack" (vertically, top stave thru bottom stave). Go to the Staff Menu and select "Respace Staves". Under "Space Above Selected Staff", there are 2 methods of respacing - a measurement and a percent scaling. I chose the measurement and after a few tries arrived at .97 inch. There were a few staves that needed more room above them - there was space at the bottom, so I moved those staves down and the staves below them followed.
