When I select "View ----> Show ----> Hidden Notes and Rests" sometimes it doesn't work at all the score and just shows me some ornaments.
How can I do? I want that Finale shows me all the gray notes.

There's an option for showing hidden notes and rests. There's also a preferences setting for the percentage of gray for hidden items. I'm not sure what settings you have, but you might check the preferences to see what that is set to.

I see hidden notes in measures 1, 2, 3, and 5. What's missing? If you mean the short trill in measure 6, it appears the HP Playback plugin was not applied to that. Once you apply it, the gray notes will appear.
