Did you create this suffix yourself? The half diminished symbol (o with a slash through it) had the wrong font selected.

This symbol is present in slot # 89 in your default file. You may have to find the keyboard equivalent (which may vary between systems and keyboards). Try ¯ (#175).
Check your file. I changed the half diminished symbol to Helvetica 10 (instead of Maestro, wrong in the default file), lowered it a bit, but you can fine tune that.

I believe what was wanted was the symbol and the 7. I know that may be redundant, but is in common use. To invoke the symbol the % sign is used. However, if doing that and then entering the 7, it doesn't recognize the suffix, as it doesn't exist with both the symbol and the 7. By clicking yes, and creating it (which I believe is what happened), the wrong font was chosen for the symbol. I changed it to Maestro and all was well (with a bit of adjusting of position of the 2 characters).

First off, it was not slot 89 in your file. It was slot 132.
To get this into another file, the easiest way is to copy the measure from my file into yours. The suffix I created will be in the next available slot, which, in your file, would be slot 133. I didn't bother with the playback definition of your suffix when I fixed it. You'll have to do that.

P.S.: You didn't design the playback for suffix 132. It appears you had chord symbol playback turned off anyway.

Strange that you cannot open my file.
You can try this : edit suffix #89 and change its font from Maestro to another text font.

I was able to open your file. Slot 89 was just fine and didn't need any editing. The problem was with slot 132, which had the erroneous font applied. That was the issue with the file. There was no need to edit slot 89.
