When I playback the melody, c. 1-2, the tied G note sounds much louder at the end of the tie

I uploaded the same fie but reduced to 2 measures and only the melody.
When I playback the melody, mm. 1-2, the tied G note sounds much louder at the end of the tie. That is, in measure 2/1

I tried playing without HP and it still gives a bit of a surge upon release. I at first thought it was an HP issue. When I play it with MIDI (SoftSynth), no surge. So, it must be an issue with the Garritan sample.
Zuill
P.S.: I tried other Garritan Solo Violin samples and they all seem to have that surge upon release. The sections strings don't seem to do that.

I confirm Zuill's observation. Any long note uses a crescendo after its attack with that sound sample. Try with two whole notes, you'll hear it very clearly.
