Finale 2010 Mac
When trying to view in Page View, all staves collapsed and minimized. Unreadable. What should I do?

I'm not sure what you mean by "collapsed and minimized". Do you mean "very close together and small in size"?

My first suggestion would be to use Page Layout Tool > Redefine Pages. Try this on a copy of the score just to be safe.

First off, excuse my typo - I meant Page VIEW. I will try your suggestion. By collapsed, I mean each staff is reduced to a single black line and all staves (6) combined are about 1/2" wide on the screen. Scroll View is just fine but not as convenient for what I want. I even re-installed Finale and the result was the same. When I tried using my Windows laptop, things looked OK in Page View but that machine is not the one I wish to use. There must be some setting that has been changed and I don't know what it is. Thanks for the suggestion. I will let you know.

Page Layout tool and redefine pages worked. Many thanks.
