This is just a repeat example for use in a thread on MakeMusic’s user forum.

Sorry, I may not have explained myself clearly.
I suppose that you are asking about my attached Finale demo document - right?
According to the thread on MakerMusic’s forum Mathias Foldager wants to “generally learn Finale”.
As I understand the MakeMusic forum thread, the posted graphic is just an example - not a specific need for Mathias Foldager.
The purpose of my demo is to show the layout options in the Repeat Tool - the purpose is not to reproduce the layout in the posted graphic.
I suppose that you are asking about the repeat path, the performer should play in my attached Finale document - right?
As I read my demo document, the performer is supposed to end with 7,8 - and not go to 11,12 again.
PS
I have modified my document.

I didn't play back your document but it looks like it would play back as the OP wants.
Your solution involves swapping systems 4 and 3 by turning off avoiding margin collisions. What I was talking about is the visual result for printing. Ideally, then, you'd want mm. 7,8,11,12... to flow together across system breaks (to use Finale's jargon), but I guess that would have to be done manually. (Hardly worth it, IMO, just to get playback repeats working, but perhaps the OP his making a demo recording or somesuch.)

Now I understand what you mean:
“Flow together” means “align”.
To create my demo document I used the plug-in Create Coda System.
The plug-in Create Coda System does the layout calculation => you do not have to do the calculation yourself, “manually”.
