I see several erratic notes in my first formatted part since updating to v. 27 - see attached score and part. I've seen this before, but it disappeared in v. 25 – now that I've updated to v. 27, this issue appears to have returned. Any suggestions?

Any possibility you were in the Simple Entry tool and clicked somewhere by mistake? It's kind of like having a loaded gun.

I never use Simple Note entry.
