Open Plugins upon Finale Launch - Startup Action

Is there a setting to automatically open selected plugin panes upon launching Finale?
Perhaps there's a feature for executing a custom startup script to do this?

What plugin panes are you looking for?

I know of no custom start-up script. I have a FinaleScript that I execute manually when I start Finale (to get around Finale not loading finmidi.ini if a microphone isn't present). It's not perfect, since I have to remember to do it, but it's better than nothing.
