Suddenly Transposition doesn't work

Hi everyone,
For some unexplained reason 'Transposition' stopped working properly. I write songs and I want to make new files in Bb and Eb. Usually, I write down the notes of the song and I make alternative saves for the trasposed parts.
I press CTRL + K to go to Score Manager and I click on Transposition (roll down) to Bb (and later to Eb). But for some unexplained reason it stopped doing what it supposed to do and although the Bb is set, nothing changes to the notes (and chords) of the song.
Any ideas/suggestions??
