spacing

In the attached piece, the quarter note spacing in the left hand
looks pretty good until the last two lines (meas.9 onward),
especially the last line, where the quarter notes are not spaced evenly.
Any suggestions on how I could fix this, while maintaining the overall
layout? (meaning: first 2 lines similar RH content, last 2 lines similar
RH content.) Thanks.

Move one of the measures in the 4th system to the system above.

Tried it. Spacing is still uneven.

The notes in the two hands must line up vertically, so where there are sixteenth notes in the right hand, the left-hand notes will be further apart. Nothing wrong with that, and what you have is normal and looks fine. The last system is a bit crowded, though, since you've got six measures where the other systems have only four. See the attached, where I moved a couple of measures up.

The spacing here is fine, the spacing of those quarter notes has expanded due to the influence of smaller note values.

Also, since we're talking about spacing, in notation software, once you activate the option to prevent ledger line collisions, spacing issues like this can occur.
Although the flaws in your example aren't particularly prominent, here's what I'd like to add...

Furthermore, I think a layout like this could be considered (after disabling all collision prevention options in Finale, you'll get the most original and accurate spacing, but you'll need to manually adjust parts where elements collide).
