from .bakx to finale file

I can open backup files only 1 by one since i've installed Finale 27.
But when I try to save it I don't know how to do it
How can I change te extension?

I suggest you treat .bakx files as they're intended: as an emergency backup in case you save your file when you didn't mean to, or accidentally do something without realizing it. It's good to have Finale automatically create them just in case, but I very rarely find myself using one. The couple of times I have, I renamed them to .musx first before retrieving them.
If you want to save versions of your work along the way, I suggest you devise some sort of version-naming scheme and use Save As to save them as .musx files.

the problem is I cannot see any extension at all on them, no .bakx when I look for them on the searcher od Windows

You could search for Explorer, but double-clicking on any folder in Windows will open it in File Explorer. This is from one of your posts:
